COMMERCIAL GROUND MAINTENANCE Barlow Property Services provides a thorough ground maintenance service, primarily for commercial clients but also for domestic clients with large areas to be maintained. Our services are extensive and encompass everything from mowing, edging, whipper snipping, planting, watering, weed spraying, aerating, fertilising, installing irrigation systems and landscaping. Our client list ranges from offices and clinical premises to schools, factories, the manufacturing industry, the mining sector (gold and coal) and State, Federal and Local government organisations. Our extensive industry experience and skilled staff ensure we are in a position to provide our clients with advice about all of their ground maintenance issues, including seasonal conditions. Please note: we do not do smaller domestic mowing, such as house yards. WHY USE OUR GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES? Equipment & Machinery - Barlow Property Services uses quality equipment & machinery in fulfilling our ground maintenance services, capable of use in a commercial environment. We have a modern fleet of mowers consisting of 7 Hustler 72-inch 28hp fuel injected open area mowers, 2 MTB 44-inch 26hp EFI walker mowers with grass handling decks (catching capacity of 7 bushells) and Honda Buffalo 19-inch push mowers. Obligation-free Quotes - we provide obligation-free quotations that clearly set out the specifications and frequency of the proposed service and all related costs. Time Management - By utilising our services, our client's have time to focus on more important concerns - their business! Experienced Professionals - our management team have comprehensive experience in the ground maintenance industry and are committed to maintaining a working knowledge of the industry. This ensures our services are efficient, comply with statutory requirements and meet your needs. Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of their duties prior to commencement on any site. This training includes occupational health & safety and duty of care, ensuring all duties are able to be conducted in an efficient, professional and safe manner at all times. Sub-contractors managed by us must also meet our strict high standards, whilst we maintain complete responsibility for the quality of each and every service.
